Facilities and Equipment

  1. Use of Facilities: Participants must follow all rules and guidelines for the use of academy facilities. Misuse of facilities or equipment may result in suspension or termination of participation.
  2. Personal Equipment: Participants are responsible for their own equipment unless otherwise specified by the academy. The academy is not liable for any lost or stolen personal items.

Health and Safety

  1. Medical Clearance: Participants must provide proof of medical clearance before participating in any physical activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed to the academy.
  2. Injuries: The academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation in training programs. Participants are advised to have appropriate insurance coverage.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must provide written notice to the academy. Refunds will be provided as per the academy’s refund policy.
  2. Cancellation by Academy: The academy reserves the right to cancel any program or session. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the participants.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: All content provided by the academy, including training materials, videos, and online content, is the property of CAP Karnal Cricket Academy and is protected by copyright laws.
  2. Use: Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any academy content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the academy.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Disclaimer: The academy provides training and facilities on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the services.
  2. Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAP Karnal Cricket Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
